JEWELLERY WORKSHOP
Jewellery repairs, cleaning, alterations, re-modelling, bespoke manufacture, complete restorations, gemstone supply / setting / re-polishing and cutting. rhodium plating, bead and pearl restringing and machine and hand engraving including family crest and seal engraving.
WATCH SERVICES
Modern and vintage wrist and pocket watch repairs, servicing, restoration, battery replacement and re-water resistance sealing. Strap and bracelet supply, alteration and repair and case and bracelet polishing. Most brands are catered for including Rolex. Some repairs and battery replacements can be completed on the premises.

As well as having our own watch repairer associated with our Bournemouth branch, we are also able to undertake official service centre repairs, when required for the following brands : Omega, Tissot, Longines, Tag Heuer, Cartier, and Breitling.
JEWELLERY DESIGN
Our experienced team and skilful goldsmith team are here to help you design a bespoke piece for a special occasion, anything from selecting a special order wedding band to a complete design service.
You may wish to redesign and existing piece or have a stone re set or collaborate on a design with the goldsmith.

Some clients have a piece of inherited jewellery remade, creating a new ring or pendant but with the original gemstones and diamonds. This enables them to have something wearable for today's busy lifestyle. Other clients prefer to upgrade their diamonds in size and quality or choose something new.

The jewellery experts help you explore gems, diamonds and precious metal options to find something to your taste and budget. Their incredibly well stocked workshops have sourced stones from all over the world as well as locally sourced preowned stones. They can supply the finest quality diamonds but can also find diamonds and gemstones for a modest budget.
INSURANCE VALUATIONS
New replacement and actual value insurance valuations. Probate, family division and realistic cash realisation valuations. Completed by experienced staff on the premises.
Insurance loss and replacement.

We welcome the opportunity to help guide you through your insurance claim and advise how to deal with loss adjusters and other formalities.

Our aims are to minimize your your inconvenience and maximize your return. We are registered with LMG and can help you replace your missing jewellery with exactly what you want, be it new or vintage / antique pieces. That is something you do not get on the high street.
